Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
At Humaira Safwa, we ensure all items are carefully inspected and packed before shipping. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may return or exchange it within 4 days of receiving your parcel.
Items Eligible for Return/Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only for the following issues:
- Large or obvious stains
- Torn or severely damaged fabric
- Wrong item or size sent by our team
Conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with tag attached.
You must include the order invoice or receipt as proof of purchase.
Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
We do not accept requests for return or exchange due to the following:
- Change of mind
- Chosen the wrong size
- Colour not as expected (due to lighting or screen differences)
- No longer want the item
Note: Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
If you wish to exchange for a product with a higher price, you must top up the difference. If the new item is lower in price, no refund will be issued for the balance.
How to Request a Return
Please email support@humairasafwa.com within 4 days of receiving your order and include the following details:
- Full Name
- Contact Number
- Shipping Address
- Order ID
- Clear photo(s) of the item
- Reason for return
Our team will respond within 2 working days with further instructions.

Once approved, you may ship the item to our HQ address below:

Return shipping cost is borne by the customer. For items above RM200 in value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
If the returned item is out of stock and an exchange is not possible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 working days depending on your bank or payment gateway. If you have not received your refund, please check with your bank or card provider before contacting us.
We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request that does not comply with the terms stated above.
